Audited financial statements
2.82The Holding Corporation shall, within three months after the end of its fiscal year, submit to the Minister its audited financial statements for that fiscal year, and the Minister shall, within 30 days after receiving them, table the financial statements in the Legislative Assembly if it is then sitting or, if it is not then sitting, with the Clerk of the Legislative Assembly.
